Job Description
This person will follow up on leads, value houses, estimate repairs and close deals in addition to performing extensive due diligence on all acquisitions. You have a Bachelor’s Degree or higher. In 2021 alone we launched into eight new markets - Hampton Roads, Richmond, Oklahoma City, Dallas, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Connecticut, Boston Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and. In order to qualify for this role, it is essential that you have at least one to two years of experience in a similar position.
