Job Description
Patient Access staff ensures that all data entry is accurate including demographic and financial information for each account. The hospital (in partnership with Baylor College of Medicine) is the only academic children’s hospital in San Antonio. Patient Access has numerous procedural requirements including data elements, insurance verification, authorization for services, and collections for all. To be considered for this position, it is recommended that you have at least one to two years of experience in a related field.
