Job Description
Answer phones and direct questions to the appropriate department from the sales force. Work with revenue management to complete filing, data entry, and report organization tasks. Support department by handling administrative duties and phone calls as needed. Experience or willing learn Salesforce, Service Cloud, Microsoft AX 365, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation tools. If you want to increase your chances of being hired, it is recommended that you have at least one to two years of experience in this field.
