Job Description
Driver's License (Preferred). Minimum of 2 years of experience in multi-family property leasing • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Strong organizational and time-management abilities • Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and regulations • Proficiency in multi-family specific software such as Yardi, RealPage, or AppFolio • Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed • High. Having at least one to two years of experience in a related field is highly desirable for this position.
