Job Description
The overall goal is to help develop yourselves and the team to hit preset sales goals set by the clients. As a management trainee, we cross train a handful of individuals from the front end to the back end. The team and yourself will attend client and staff events to help the growth of knowledge and to network with others to help expand any ideas or skills. To be considered for this job, it is best if you have at least one to two years of experience in a related field.
