Job Description
Manage cloud-based unified communication systems, including switches, desktop phones, softphones, conference phones, and mobile device apps. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science or similar area of study. Serve as a help desk technician for all staff pertaining to workstations and other IT assets. Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software that improve. To increase your chances of being selected for this job, it is best to have at least one to two years of experience in the industry.
