Job Description
The Helpdesk Technician is the first point of contact for team members and will respond to email, chat, phone calls and tickets to offer technical support. Associate degree in Computer Science or related field, required. Are you an experienced IT Help Desk Technician able to take the hassle out of any technical problem? The IT Helpdesk Technician is responsible for providing technical assistance. Prior experience in this field is highly desired, with a minimum of one to two years preferred.
