Job Description
This Front Desk Guest Service Representative is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay. Greet and welcome all guests approaching the front desk in accordance with KOA standards. Valid driver’s license. Answer inquiries from guests regarding campground amenities and local attractions. To be considered a strong candidate, it is recommended that you have at least one to two years of experience in the field.
