Job Description
Successful candidates will be able to multi-task, understand insurance benefits, handle a high volume of patient calls and use EMR systems. They may also assist with Home Sleep Test programming, paperwork, and training patients on how to perform the sleep test. The representative may calculate patients' equipment costs based on their health insurance plans, schedule appointments and fulfill orders. To be considered a strong candidate, it is recommended that you have at least one to two years of experience in the field.
