Credit Services Specialist (Operations Support)
Job Description
Complete daily work assignments involving the workflow in one of the designated areas of Credit Services including Field Collections, Recoveries, Compliance, SMB Collections, Payment Exceptions and Refund processing. Respond to customer requests received through various media including email, letters and telephone. Knowledge of and proven ability to work with electronic order entry systems. If you want to increase your chances of being hired, it is recommended that you have at least one to two years of experience in this field.
