Job Description
Utilize all tools such as online screens, mainframe computer generated reports, policyprocedures manuals and in house training to mitigate claim payments. Explain to Claimants in writing and, if necessary, by telephone, the carrier’s position. Initiate payments, settlements or denials filed by Claimants within the designated level of authority.
