Develop and implement a comprehensive facilities management strategy aligned with UTSA's mission, vision, and strategic objectives. This key leadership role provides strategic guidance and operational direction to a team of over 140 maintenance employees and multiple third-party service. Having at least one to two years of experience in a related field is highly desirable for this position.
